Once payment is completed and the confirmation email has been sent, the purchased Key is considered delivered, activated, and used, regardless of whether the customer has redeemed it.
All purchases made on our website are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products once payment is processed.
Because digital Keys cannot be "returned" after delivery, all payments are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital, non-revocable product.
